OPEN POSITIONS

3D Artist
(Modeling & Texturing)

3D Artist (Modeling & Texturing)

About the Role
We are looking for a skilled 3D & Texture Artist who can deliver production-ready assets with a strong balance of visual quality and technical discipline. This role is suited to artists who work confidently on their own, manage their time effectively, and take responsibility for the final output.

You will create detailed assets based on real-world references and prepare them for demanding real-time environments where accuracy and performance both matter. The position requires practical judgment - knowing how to preserve visual fidelity while building assets that remain efficient and scalable.

This is a fully remote role operating within defined pipelines, structured workflows, and a strong focus on high-quality delivery.

What You Will Do

  • Model and texture high-detail assets from photographic and real-world references

  • Build physically accurate materials using modern PBR workflows

  • Produce clean topology and efficient UV layouts

  • Optimize assets for real-time use through LOD creation and texture management

  • Prepare assets according to engine-ready technical standards

  • Create advanced material setups when needed

  • Maintain a consistent quality bar through structured self-review

  • Approach production with reliability and attention to detail

Requirements

  • Experience creating assets for games, simulations, or other real-time platforms

  • Strong proficiency in Blender, Maya, 3ds Max, or comparable software

  • Solid command of Substance Painter, Photoshop, or similar tools

  • Understanding of PBR materials and texture optimization

  • Awareness of real-time constraints such as memory usage and performance

  • Ability to accurately interpret real-world references, scale, and materials

  • Organized and reliable working style

What We Offer

  • Fully remote collaboration

  • High ownership and direct impact on shipped products

  • A lean, experienced environment without corporate overhead

  • Projects that emphasize realism and technical quality

  • Clear expectations and efficient decision-making

  • Long-term collaboration opportunities

  • Compensation that reflects the quality and impact of your work

Environment Artist (Surfaces & Props)

About the Role

We are looking for an Environment Artist focused on surfaces and supporting assets that bring real-world locations to life. This role centers on ground geometry, paved surfaces, markings, vegetation, vehicles, and functional props that define how an environment reads both up close and from distance.

You will build a wide range of assets - from detailed foreground elements to performance-friendly variations - helping create environments that remain visually consistent across large areas while running efficiently in real time. The position requires strong attention to reference and the ability to translate real-world detail into production-ready art.

This role is dedicated to asset and environment creation. Engine setup, configuration, and platform-specific implementation are handled separately, allowing you to focus fully on building clean, reliable assets.

This is a fully remote role operating within defined pipelines, structured workflows, and a strong focus on high-quality delivery.

What You Will Do

  • Create ground geometry and surface layers with realistic markings, wear, patchwork, and material variation

  • Build supporting assets such as vehicles, equipment, signage, barriers, and service elements

  • Produce vegetation that enhances realism while remaining performance-conscious

  • Develop both high-detail and optimized low-poly assets suited for large real-time scenes

  • Work from satellite imagery, photography, and real-world reference

  • Help maintain visual consistency across complex environments

  • Balance visual fidelity with performance requirements

  • Deliver clean, production-ready work aligned with defined standards

  • Maintain a dependable quality bar through structured self-review

Requirements

  • Experience creating environment assets for games, simulations, or other projects

  • Strong understanding of scale, proportions, and real-world detail

  • Proven ability to build both detailed assets and efficiency-focused variations

  • Strong proficiency in Blender, Maya, 3ds Max, or comparable software

  • Solid command of Substance Painter, Photoshop, or similar tools

  • Understanding of optimization for real-time scenes

  • Ability to work accurately from photographic and aerial reference

  • Comfortable following established workflows and standards

  • Organized and reliable working style

What We Offer

  • Fully remote collaboration

  • Direct impact on shipped products

  • A lean, experienced environment without corporate overhead

  • Projects that emphasize realism and technical quality

  • Clear expectations and efficient decision-making

  • Long-term collaboration opportunities

  • Compensation that reflects the quality and impact of your work

MSFS Scenery Developer

About the Role

We are looking for an MSFS Scenery Developer focused on integration and final scene assembly within the Microsoft Flight Simulator SDK. This role is responsible for turning completed assets into fully functional scenery by building, configuring, and preparing scenes for release.

You will import and organize assets, assemble environments, configure scenery components, and ensure projects run reliably within the simulator. The position requires strong technical judgment, attention to detail, and a structured approach to building stable, production-ready releases.

This role is dedicated to simulator-side development rather than asset creation. Modeling, texturing, and environment production are handled separately, allowing you to focus entirely on integration, validation, and build quality.

This is a fully remote role operating within defined pipelines, structured workflows, and a strong focus on high-quality delivery.

What You Will Do

  • Assemble complete scenery projects within the MSFS SDK

  • Import, structure, and manage assets to ensure clean project organization

  • Configure scenery elements including placement, materials, lighting, and behaviors

  • Prepare builds that are stable, optimized, and ready for release

  • Identify technical issues early and troubleshoot them efficiently

  • Validate assets inside the simulator to ensure correct appearance and functionality

  • Optimize scenes for performance while maintaining visual intent

  • Maintain clear project structure to support reliable updates and future changes

  • Work from defined standards to ensure consistency across releases

  • Approach production with precision and strong attention to detail

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience working with the Microsoft Flight Simulator SDK

  • Proven experience integrating scenery or shipping MSFS projects

  • Strong understanding of real-time scene assembly and simulator constraints

  • Confidence troubleshooting technical issues within complex scenery projects

  • Structured and methodical working style

  • Ability to manage large project files with consistency

  • Strong attention to detail and release quality

  • Comfortable working within defined workflows and standards

  • Fully remote collaboration

  • Direct impact on shipped products and release quality

  • A lean, experienced environment without corporate overhead

  • Projects that emphasize realism and technical quality

  • Clear expectations and efficient decision-making

  • Long-term collaboration opportunities

  • Compensation that reflects the quality and impact of your work
